Shubhvivah charges are only for verification and additional features. We provide these services through third party agents for reliability & accuracy. Since, payment to these is made upfront, it is not feasible to entertain return, refund or Transfer requests.

In event of verification result being negative:

It is user s responsibility to provide correct & accurate information. Any undesirable result of verification may result in user account being blocked. Also, no amount will be refunded.
